I am sore. So sore. Literally, every muscle from my calves to my neck muscles (sternocleidomastoids?) feel as though someone took a bat to them. It’s good though. People underestimate the intensity of simple, self-based workouts with no weights but the best workouts I’ve had thus far are of that nature. Pilates took it ouuuuut of me. I feel beat up, but it’s good!
